Meet Stanley, our Saddlebred horse that was rescued from a kill pen in Pennsylvania. He was bought from the pen by a person in New York, sight unseen, because he is a Saddlebred. When that person saw him and refused to take him and pay for him because he was "too skinny" he was brought to South Carolina where, through our friend at S.C.A.R.E., we were told about him, bought him and brought him home to Circle H Farm.

The first day with our two other horses; Sonny & Brandy. It took about 2 months of rehab before he could be introduced to the herd. 

This was a great day for Circle H Farm! Stanley was healthy & accepted by the herd.

After 2 1/2 Years, It Was Time For Stanley To Move On

  Please meet Joanne. It has been a dream of hers to own and ride a special Saddlebred. Stanley (now Stashu) will be living in Florida during the winter and Massachusetts in the summer.
