Meet the Circle H chickens. These ladies are very tame and they really like us humans. Henny & Penny were the first new animals here on the farm, thanks to our friend Penny.

 These fine ladies lay about 3 eggs a day (we don't know who the slacker is) and they are wonderful. The best scrambled eggs are cooked over a medium-low heat and stirred constantly. With nothing added, these eggs taste like a pint of heavy cream has been added!
